Our grinder knives are made to Sugar Hill's stringent standards for hardness and quality. We carry Premium stainless steel knives' and Grinder Plates. Also we have added a German made chrome-Vanadium Steel Alloy Grinder Pltes.Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance.
Here is a tip for operating you Meat Grinder NEVER operate your grinder DRY or without some product as it can damage your machine,NEVER over tighten the cylinder end ring. When using a three speed mixer operate this product in 3rd Gear only
